Appointments
In order to ensure prompt service, we appreciate your efforts to be on time for your scheduled treatment. First-time clients should allow 15-30 minutes before the appointment to complete a medical history which includes current medications, allergies, cosmetics used and health background. We do require a credit card to hold your appointment time and to implement the cancellation policy.
Running late?
Call our office to let us know you’re on your way, and we’ll try to accommodate you (although if it’s a really busy day, we may have to reschedule). If we haven’t heard from you and it’s more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, then we will have to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we require 24 hours notice so that we may fill your spot. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the cancellation policy applies. Due to the popularity of our unique services, appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will be charged a $50 fee.
Referral Rewards
We love referrals! (and we love you for telling your friends about us). In fact, each time your referral friend purchases a service from Illuminations Medical Spa, you receive a Gratitude Voucher in the amount of 10% of the pre-tax amount spent. So, if your friend spends $250 in services, you receive a $25 Gratitude Voucher which you may use as a credit against any of your own services purchased here at Illuminations.
Pregnant?
How wonderful! Although some treatments must be discontinued during this special time of your life, you can still enjoy a Clinical Facial and Microdermabrasion.
Under 18?
Well, no Botox or Juvederm for you. But with parental consent, you can have laser work done as well as Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning and Clinical Facials.
Having A Party?
Book your reservations and let Illuminations Medical Spa host your private party!
Whether a you’re organizing a Bridal Shower, Wedding Day or Silver Anniversary Preparation Day, an Employee Appreciation Day or Family Reunion Spa Retreat (or even a much needed Couple’s Retreat or Best Friends Spa Day), we can help. Illuminations can host groups up to 12 and offers a variety of treatments with group discounts on services and products. We’ll certainly try to accommodate any special requests that you may have.

You’re more than welcome at Illuminations Medical Spa, where nearly one-third of our guests are men. In our relaxed and private setting, you can rid yourself of aging lines and spots or unwanted hair, easily and quickly, with evening appointments available for your no-muss, no-fuss convenience.
