Acne Treatments
Acne is an inflammatory and bacterial disease of the skin. It is a little more complicated on a biological level, but understanding these two key components can help keep your acne under control.
Laser Hair Removal
15-90 minutes – prices start at $79 For quick and permanent hair removal, on any area of your body, our FDA approved Laser Hair Removal treatments can be scheduled at your convenience. From face to feet, in as few as four pain-free visits, rid yourself of unwanted hair forever.
Botox® Cosmetic
10-30 minutes – $11 per unit FDA approved Botox® Cosmetic treatments have been proven over time to safely reduce frown lines, crow’s feet and even to eliminate underarm perspiration and sweaty palms, all by partially relaxing specific muscles.
Amazingly quick (tiny injections taking a total of maybe 10 minutes), the results are natural and last for months. In fact, if you follow up on our personalized maintenance program, you may well experience a less pronounced reappearance of these lines over time, as you get out of the habit of frowning or squinting. It’s never been this easy to look so good!
Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peels
30 minutes for Microdermabrasion – $119 each
15-30 minutes for Chemical Peel – $159 each
As a specific acne treatment or as part of your general skin care package, the effects of microdermabrasion and chemical peels include better skin color and texture, and reduce the visibility of age spots, fine lines and even dark circles under your eyes.
Choose from standard, medium level or physician-grade (Mega-Peel) microdermabrasion treatments. Medium chemical peels are performed with industry-standard TCA (trichloroacetic acid).
Laser Vein Removal
30-45 minutes – First treatment with consult $300
Simple and painless removal of unsightly spider veins can often be completed in just one 30- minute laser vein removal session at Illuminations Medical Spa. Why wait a moment longer?
Restylane®
45-60 minutes, $550 per treatment
For full lips and less lines, Restylane® Gel Filler (a natural injectable) is a great choice. The gel restores plump elasticity to skin for natural-looking lip enhancement and to gently smooth facial contours by filling out wrinkles and folds. Results are immediate and lasts between three and six months or longer.
Juvéderm™
45-60 minutes, $550 per treatment
For even longer lasting and smoother results than those seen with Restylane®, Juvéderm® Gel Filler (a less concentrated natural injectable gel) is used to painlessly soften or completely eliminate the appearance of wrinkles and to enhance the size of the lips.
Hyperpigmentation Removal
15-30 minutes, $300 per treatment
Getting rid of age spots is just a light beam away. In addition to aging, sun damage is a culprit behind dark spots on the skin, although even acne can cause hyperpigmentation. No matter the underlying reason for the skin damage, gentle laser pulses affordably and painlessly rid the area of unwanted pigmentations in just a few treatments.
Laser Facial
30-45 minutes, $300
An FDA approved approach to healthy and vibrant looking skin (even skin that’s been damaged by acne scarring) is the Laser Facial This non-invasive procedure simply warms the upper dermis, reducing wrinkles, visible facial blood vessels, diffuse redness, acne scars, Rosacea, sun damage, and large pores. Far gentler than traditional laser therapies, you’ll nonetheless see results of your Laser Facial within 4 to 6 treatments.
Dermaplaning
45-60 minutes, $50
For the smoothest looking skin possible, a method called dermaplaning (that’s a controlled scraping of the skin’s top layers) is used. Think manual exfoliation, and you’ve got the idea.
It’s a non-invasive treatment, using either a scalpel or electric razor-like instrument, and can be performed on its own or prior to other skin care treatments in order to enhance their effectiveness.
Clinical Facials
45-60 minutes, $85-$115
This level of treatments allows for the most progressive protocols, technologies, and medical grade products. We use iS Clinical by Innovative Skincare and Image Skin Care, two of the most cutting-edge cosmoceuticals in the industry. Each treatment involves a customized protocol of cleansing and skin analysis, exfoliation, correction, and protection. While it is the main focus of our skin care treatments to achieve exceptional results, it is also important to have a relaxing, de-stressing experience, in a peaceful setting.
Reiki
60 minutes, $65
Reiki is an ancient Japanese system of natural healing based on channeling energy through the hands. This gentle touch therapy is non-invasive and non-manipulative. Reiki is a complete method for activating and learning to use natural energy to promote healing, personal growth and transformation.
